• Mechanical engineering from Yokohama National University with a Masters
  of Philosophy in Infrastructure Management.

• Worked with the Ministry of Industrialization as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
  and the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum as a managing professional.

• He has held key administrative cadres in Energy policy formulation, Power
  projects appraisal and development, Monitoring and evaluation of power
  generation projects and the development and implementation of technical
  standards related to power generation and national power planning.

• His expertise include; Inspection, assessment and valuation of

  workshop fabrications and Project and works planning and estimation of
